Northern Mockingbird Goldwork Brooch – In-Person Class (USA)
A two-day intermediate class featuring a dimensional goldwork and stumpwork brooch inspired by the Northern Mockingbird. Students will work with traditional and coloured metal threads to create a lively, layered piece, learning couching, padding, cutwork, and fine shaping.

Introductory Goldwork Floral Wreath – In-Person Class (USA)
A one-day beginner class based on a 19th-century floral pattern. This elegant design introduces core goldwork techniques such as couching, cutwork, and the use of purls and padding, all while creating a soft and luminous floral composition.

A richly textured goldwork robin stitched with a mix of traditional metal threads and surface techniques. This design blends softness and sparkle, using padding, couching, cutwork, and coloured metal threads to bring the bird to life. The finished piece can be made into a brooch or framed.

When? Saturday 10th May from 10 am to 16.00 Hrs
Does it include the supplies? Yes, the workshop includes the kit made by me with all the materials necessary to complete the project and the London Embroidery School has the hoops and clamps for you to sit down and start embroidering.
To ensure a personalised learning experience for each student, we are offering very limited spaces.
